Jolliday Theme/Slogan

Ok, so Tyler wants me to go all high-tech and post the options for Jolliday themes on here....so let me know what you think. We're going with the baseball style T (which I just looked for a link for the white one with orange sleeves, and it's not there anymore....which is another issue we need to figure out...it was there before...) Keep in mind we were also thinking of ordering koozies, so if one slogan doesn't make the cut, we could use it there.

So reply to this or send me an email (setting up an account just so you can "vote" seems like a lot of work)

Jolliday 2007 -
It gets bigger when you touch it

More Important than Christmas
Let's do this
It's like we're just waiting to die
Save the tata's
99% Awesome, 100% of the time
It feels wrong to do it without the whole group
Sarcasm is the refuge of losers
And you thought orange was just for fruit.
Jolliday V- The Romans would do it.
A Nononsense brand of nonsense
My Jolliday is bigger than yours...because it's 5.
Hi 5 (with a hand on it)
Helping people forget since 2002.

It's not for deaf people.

Ok, so that's a lot of things-I know decisions are hard, so you can pick your top few choices......or suggest a new one...Let me know what ya'll think.
And remember I'm the queen, so this whole "democracy" thing might not fly...

Jolliday 2007- March 2-4th.

As we discussed over New Years (things get hazy over new years) there's been some talk about switching the date of Jolliday this year. It'll be our very own leap year--every 5 years, it will get pushed back one weekend--so this year's will be held the weekend of March 2-4th. It seems like this date will best accommodate everyone (people taking the b-a-r, people who have a skiing/drinking carnival, god, etc).

More to come!

'CUSE

So a week ago Syracuse Mens B-Ball was questionable for the big dance. Now, 4 games later, they are rocking the Big East tourny with wins over Cinncinatti, UCONN, & Georgetown; two of which were in the Top 25. Dropping the #1 team in the nation should help their plight in the picks on sunday.

Running for a Cure

Help Amy raise some money for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Team in Training (TNT). See below for all of the information. If you have any questions check out the links below or email tyler, he will send you some more information.

To: The Jolliday Audience
From: Amy
Subject: Im running a half marathon!
Date: 02 Mar 2006 15:27:03 -0800

Yes, Im really running a half marathon (13 miles), but its for a good
reason!!

I have joined with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Team in Training
(TNT) and have pledged to raise over $1000 for research to work towards a
cure for blood cancers. The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society mission is to
cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin disease and myeloma, and improve the
quality of life of patients and their families.

I will be running the race to honor my good friend from college, Ryan, who has been living with non-Hodgkin Lymphoma and Papillary
Thyroid Cancer for eight years. He has been through two surgeries, 12
treatments, and continues his battle everyday, with an enduring love for
life and positive outlook. I am also running for my local honored
teammate Stacey, who was diagnosed with Chronic Myelogenous
Leukemia in May, 2004.

I am so excited to be involved with an event where over 75% of the
donations that I raise are dedicated to research and to support patients
and their families. I want to try to exceed that minimum because 100% of
the funds I raise over the $1000 mark will go directly to work to cure
cancer and save lives! For those we love, those we have lost, and those
living with cancer, please consider making a tax-deductible donation.
Your donation of any amount will help me to reach my goal and help to
save lives.

Thank you so much for your support, I will see you at the finish line!
love- Amy
